"분" here is the honorific of "사람(= a person), and the first "이" means "this", the second "이" is "이" as in "은/는/이/가" which are subject markers.:) 이(=This) 분( = a person)이(makes "이 분" into a subject) Here are another variants, 이 분 + 이 / 이 사람 + 이 / 이 친구 +가, etc. This pattern, "이 + 분/사람/친구 + 이/가" is often used when introducing someone. \^o^/
