the difference between –아니에요, –아니야 and –아냐? 아니야 and 아냐 sound the same when I say them so is 아냐 just a shortened way to write 아니야? Also I know that 아니에요 is formal because of the 요, but do they still all mean the same thing or have slightly different uses/meanings? 정말 감사합니다~~!

아니에요 means the same thing as you know. It is just a formal expresion. And as you expected, -아냐? is shorten version of -아니야? They means Doesnt/ Isnt it (subject)~~??
