" what's kind of your job" or " what kind of job do you have". Which one is much better? why?

What kind of job do you have? What sort of car do you drive? What type of film do you prefer?
That is the way we ask.
"What's kind of your job?" is incorrect.
"What's your job?" is acceptable, but more informal.
"What's your car? Is it a Mercedes?"
