formal: 아니예요. 괜찮습니다.
informal: 아니야. 괜찮아. 됐어.
2. Sorry I forgot
formal: 죄송해요, 잊어버렸어요.
informal: 미안, 깜빡했네 (or 잊어버렸어.)
