Whats the diffrence between desu and des ka ?
I do offten watch animes in japanes to learn it, but I never really figuered out if there is a diffrence between desu and des ka .
Can someone pleas tell me if there is a diffrence and if there is ,what sort of diffrence is it ?

"desu" is an affirmative word, and "desu ka" is a question word.
So they are used like this:
"doitsu jin desu ka?'' (Are you German?)
" hai, doitsu jin desu." (Yes, I'm German.)
