You're not obliged to love anybody.
Nobody is obliged to love anybody.
You don't have to love anyone.
Nobody has to love anyone.

Sentences 1,3, 4 are natural. You could also substitute "forced" or "required" for "obliged." Few ppl use "oblige" often in the US.

instead of the obliged you can just say that you don't have to love anybody and nobody has to love anyone
