None of us are perfect. and None of us is perfect.. Which one is grammatically correct?

"None" can be used for singular AND plural. So, if you're sentence is referring to "us" then your pronoun is "we" so it's plural. Thus, you'd say "None of us are perfect" (We are not perfect).
