tell me when or tell me whenever? 1. which one is correct? 2. does it mean you can talk with me at any time?I can't find any explannation here... Thank you.

"Tell me when" means your asking for someone when he/she will tell you something. However "tell me whenever" means your asking someone that she/he could tell you something anytime. No, your asking someone to tell you something.
