A. テレサちゃんは なんに なりたいですか。
B. いしゃに なりたいです。
Can someone please help to explain this conversation's meaning to me?

A: what do you want to be (in the future), Telesa ?
B: i want to be a doctor.
the verb, 'naru' means, 'turn', 'become', or, if you find 'naru' without 'tai, 'sound', or 'produce (some fruit)'
and 'tai' means 'would like to', or 'hope to'
