What is 'Gifts will be sent to your doorstep' actually means?
'Gifts will be sent to your doorstep' -------> Is it means that presents would be delivered carefully?or it means something else?

It just means that the package / gift will be delivered to your front door. The doorstep is the step (or steps) leading up to your door.
