They could have the same meaning but speaking about cute.. It could remind me of anything, animals, anoyone which their beauty giggles me, lighten my feelings, makes me smile and makes me happy. When it comes to lovely I think I could describe anything or anyone with lovely beauty as an elegant and pure... It is not giggly but it amazes me. For adorable it's like the combination of cute and lovely more similar with cute.

Cute and adorable really mean the same thing (like 'big' and 'large'), and are usually used when talking about babies, children or animals, but you may also hear 'cute' used to describe clothing and people.
'Lovely', on the other hand, would be classified more alongside 'nice', to describe anything that you think is good. eg; This cake tastes lovely. Blue is a lovely colour. That's a lovely shirt you're wearing... etc.
hope I could help!
