what does it mean" non graduate job"
I know normall gradute job, but for what does it mean "non graduate job" in the sentence "an overseas degree no longer has the status it had in the past. Many graduates languish in non-graduate jobs". Thanks.

It means that the person works in a role that requires no formal education.
For example, I don't know how it happened but I know a person with a PhD. in chemistry who works packing shelves in a supermarket.
