what does "half-lager"mean?

“Nothing’s the matter,” said Robin, sipping her half-lager. “I just wanted to make sure you’re OK.”】
does it mean "demi cup?" or it isn't the pure lager?

Half a pint of lager (pint = British of fluids, now used only for beer, lager etc)
