女的 women
女生 girl
女姓 female
女士 lady

女子(used in the past)=女生(used now)
女的 adjective 例子:这个小宝宝是女的。
It's 女性,not 女姓。 It is a big word. 女性主义 feminism
and we use 女士 in formal occasion to show our respect. 例子。Now let's welcome Miss Zhang, our honored guest today. 现在,有请我们今天尊贵的嘉宾“张女士”

They are all refer to girl. But"女子" refer to old century in China;“女的”refer to girl not boy。“女生” refer to young and single women。“女性” usually refer to matual woman。“女士” refer to women in comom place。
