what is the “Wop-a-Cop”?
t's a place to enter warily. You know Crooked Kenneth? He gradu¬ated there, and it's said that's where the Wop-a-Cop gang learned their arts.

I think this is very context dependant. Probably from a movie? or a book?
anyway, I am not familiar with the gang.
Wop can have a few meanings, but I think it means 'hit' in this context. Cop means policeman.
Therefore the gang is called wop-a-cop to suggest that their primary activity is assaulting / hitting policemen
