Olá! Qual é a diferença, se for o caso, entre os dois nomes?

se pronuncia esfirra (em português) mas se escreve esfiha, pois e uma comida (espécie de nini torta) árabe foi transliterado o nome para a pronuncia em inglês. no espanhol a pronuncia é esfija.
