In a business context, 'service driven' means when a company focus on specific service (say McDonald's) and do design each process to provide that service. 'Process driven' refers to the ability to work independently following a designed process. An individual can both be service driven as well as process driven. Any service can consist of several processes as required. You will find resources on both terms, based on the context you are looking.
