The ending "-세요" means "please do..." in an informal and polite way.:)
e.g.
하다 + 세요 = 하세요
가다 + 세요 = 가세요
The ending "-ㅂ니다" is the formal and polite form of "-(이)다" which is the dictionary form of verb and adjective.
e.g.
하다 + ㅂ니다 = 합니다
가다 + ㅂ니다 = 갑니다
있다 + ㅂ니다 = 있습니다.
먹다 + ㅂ니다 = 먹습니다.
There are several speech styles in Korean.
e.g.
가다 = to go, dictionary form
갑니다 = formal and polite
가요 = informal and polite
가 = informal and not polite
있다 = there is.., to have
있습니다/있어요/있어
하다 = to do
하십시오 / 하세요 / 해 (all are the same meaning but different speech style)
