What is the difference between stable and steady?
As I asked,if I encounter a case that the internet connection in my home could not be connected sometimes,for a while, it was recovery, unfortunately, it was disconnected and connected again and again.

Should I say the internet connection is unstable or the internet connection is unsteady?

Please give me the correction of what I described above also, the expression is not as natural as I want. Thanks a lot.

Unstable would be your best choice.  Although the words seem to be synonyms in the English language when we are referencing an technical issue (just like your computer issue) it is almost always stable or unstable.  :  )
