Go on a cruise (by, along ,on ) the Caribbean sea
Please , tell me which are the prepositions to be used inthis type of sentences.

You can use either "along" or "on."

We say:
Go on a cruise IN the Caribbean.
"Seas" is redundant here!

Not By or Along, but either:
"Go on a cruise on the Caribbean sea" or "Go on a cruise in the Caribbean sea".
One sails, paddles, boats, or takes trips along rivers, though.
