What is the difference between Deutsche and Deutscher?
I saw those 2 sentences on my German textbook:
-Du bist Deutscher.
-Sie ist Deutsche.
So,could you tell me the difference between them?I have known the meaning of Deutsche,but the other one...?
BTW,I also want to ask which phrase is correct?
-am neunundzwanzigsten zwölfte
-am neunundzwanzigsten zwölften
Thank you for your answer!But I remember the words mean German male and German female are same(der Deutsche,-n)so am I wrong?Such as(Herr Lummer ist Deutscher.Frau Lummer ist Deutsche.).

Du bist Deutscher = You are (a male) German
Sie ist Deutsche = She is (a female) German
Am neunundzwanzigsten zwölften (29.12.) is correct.
