acordar y recordar Can anyone please tell me the difference between "No me acuerdo" and "No me recuerdo"? Or they are the same....

No me acuerdo = No recuerdo They are basically the same, but the verb acordar is used in the reflective form while recordar is not.

Hi! Here in Argentina they're the same. 'No me acuerdo' is more informaly than 'no recuerdo'.

"No me recuerdo" no se usa, a lo sumo querras decir No Lo Recuerdo, si es asi.. y lo vas a usar como respuesta es los mismo ejemplo- ¿te acordas donde vivia Jose? podes responder No lo recuerdo. O bien No me acuerdo. Si vas a usar como asercion descriptiva usas No recuerdo, ejemplo: No recuedo donde deje el auto. NO se dice: No lo recuerdo donde deje el auto.

In Spain, we don't use "No me recuerdo". We use: "No me acuerdo" or "No lo recuerdo" You can use both, but the structure is different. Example: I don't remember your name. Acordar: No me acuerdo de tu nombre. Recordar: No recuerdo tu nombre.
