I think 'Take Care' has lots of meaning. When you say it good-bye situation, you can say '살펴가세요' or '몸조심히 가세요.' formal and '조심히 가' informal. But when you say to someone to give a caution, you can say '주의하세요' or '몸조리 잘하세요' formal and '조심해' informal. If you have more question, please let me know. Thanks.
