Can anybody tell me the meaning of "be accountable to someone"? Thanks...
I don't quite understand the meaning of "accountable" and "accountability". Do they have the same meaning as "responsible/responsibility" or "duty"?

HI Ruthxu
They can have a similar meaning, but there is a difference. You can have responsibility without having to be accountable.
Accountability, or to be accountable, carries an obligation (or duty) to answer for your actions (responsibilities) to some other person or organization.
