What's the difference between Nice, Fine, Good and Well? and How to use them?

mmm i think there is not a big difference among those adjetives(Nice, Fine and Good).... but WELL is an adverb...!
some examples here:
* I find this book very nice.
* -How's your father?- he's fine.
* -How do you feel? - I feel good.
* I speak Spanish very well.
