Which language is easier for turkish to learn? French, spanish or japoneese?
I have to learn one more language at the university. which one should I learn?

"Easier" shouldn't be your reason for studying a language at university. I know the Turkish education system is quite poor, so if you drop your standards as well, you won't have much to show at the end of your studies.
Anyway... you'll probably recognise a lot of French words, but the very different grammar could cause you a lot of problems.
Japanese word order may be recognizable (verb at the end, like Turkish), but you'll need to learn an unfamiliar vocabulary and new alphabets. Still, if it interests you then you may really enjoy it.
I've never looked at Spanish, but actually I suspect you may enjoy it. There are Latin and Arabic influences so you'll probably recognise a few words, but again the grammar is quite different to that of Turkish.
