Is there any difference between these phrases?

2) When did you last eat meat?
Thanks!

Hola Vanessa!
There is no difference between the two phrases, just in the was they are said.
"Ate" already contains the past tense in the first phrase.
"Did" contains the past tense in the second phrase.
