None of them are correct. Sometimes people will use 'cause but I think that is sloppy too.

I actually don't write any of them. If I am abbreviating "because", I shorten it to "cause" or "cos" (keeping the S rather than writing a Z that isn't even there).

The words you have suggested might be the sort of words you see on a text message- but not in good written English. If you need to abbreviate "because" the conventional way would be 'cause with the apostrophe indicting there are missing letters. You would normally only write because in this way if you were writing informally eg to friends, or quoting something someone has said.
In spoken English we often drop the "be"

None of them are right. It's lazy writing.
By the way, "cos" is a variety of lettuce and "cuz" is a chummy nickname for your cousin. "Cus" looks like a misspelling of "cuss", ie. to use bad language.
Think about what the reader might think of you. ;)
