What is the meaning of "Don't be a statistic" ?
Please explain it for me .

Here's an example:
"20,000 deaths in the US every year occur as a result of accidents in the home." This is a statistic.
By saying "don't be a statistic", you mean that someone should take care to avoid a misfortune which happens to a lot of people (eg. dying from an accident at home).
