「自動車」と「車」の違いは何ですか。
Both means "Car". So, when are each of these 2 words appropriate to be used?

自動車 means an automobile or automobiles, and it can be used in a casual way and a formal way.
車 means something has wheels. It sounds a little casual when you mean an automobile.
熱が出て、ふらふらする。
気持ちがまだふらふらしている。
街をふらふらと歩き回る。
