It's 10:10. Can I say it's ten ten, or should I say it's ten and ten minutes ? Thank you :)

People say things like "nine fifteen" and "two thirty", so I suppose it should be ok to say "ten ten".
But to me, it sounds a bit odd. I'd go for "ten past ten", or of course "ten minutes past ten".

In the US it's quite common to say "ten ten".
