Kung Minsan
Just want to know if it's okay to drop kung from Minsan...
Minsan nagagalit ako or Kung minsan gagagalit ako???

You may drop "kung", unless it carries the conditional "if" meaning.
Kung minsan nagagalit ako. = At times I get angry.
Minsan nagagalit ako. = At times I get angry.
(Kung) Minsan nagagalit ako pag gabi na siya umuuwi. = At times I get angry when he/she goes home late (at night).
Kung minsan nagagalit ako, pasensya na lang. = If at times I get angry, just indulge me. (In this case, you cannot remove the "kung" because it stands for "if".)
