The verb "to bounce" for ball is "tappa khana" ٹپہ کھانا
The ball is bouncing = بال ٹپے کھا رہی ہے
The ball crossed the boundary after bouncing once = ball tappa kha kar boundary line say bahir chali gai.
"I bounced the ball off the wall" (active) is a bit complicated. It involves two actions (in urdu there is no single verb): You have to formulate it like that: I hit the ball on the wall (active) and the ball bounced back (passive).
In Urdu: "men ne ball ko diwar per mara aur ball diwar se tappa kha kar (/takra ker) wapis aai"
