美味しかったでは正しいです。
Grammatically, with an i-adjective conjugating the "desu" is incorrect.
美味しいです。 It is delicious.
美味しかったです。 It was delicious.
美味しくないです Is not delicious.
美味しくなかったです。 It was not delicious.
But with Na-adjetctives is different.
You conjugate the "desu" there.
静かです。 It is quite.
静かでした。It was quit.
静かじゃないです。 Is not quite.
静かじゃなかったです。 Was not quite.
I hope these helped you out!
