nos is a reflexive pronoun (we) and thats mean the first person (plural) (we) is making and receving the acting
reflexive pronouns
yo (I) - me
tu (you) -te
usted (you formal), el (he), ella (she)- le , se
nosotros (we) nos
ustedes (you all) , ellos (they m) , ellas (they fem)- les, se

Se trata de la 1ª persona del plural del imperativo "centremos" (nosotros) y "dentengamos" (nosotros), a los que se les ha unido el pronombre reflexivo (enclítico). Es decir, detenerse > nos+detengamos=detengámonos; centremos > nos+centremos=centrémonos. Sería un "let's + verb".
