significa "non molto". Ti é piaciuto il film? Mica tanto! Non sto mica tanto bene (=non sto tanto bene).

Due significati uniti insieme: a) non molto b) sarebbe meglio che fosse di piu` (senso di rammarico) Esempio: -- Quanti libri hai per studiare fisica ? -- mica tanti. (non molti, ne vorrei avere di piu`)
