How do we use adverbs?
We can easily communicate
We can communicate easily
Easily we can communicate
which one is true usage"we can more easily communicate" or "we can communicate more easily" or "we can communicate easly more" which one is true
"we can communicate easier"...is this true because I don't know how to use an adjective or adverb

Both the first and second choices are fine. The third doesn't work.
Your second question is a little trickier. "More easily" is correct, whether before or after 'communicate'. However "easier" as an adverb is often heard in spoken English. Non-native speakers should probably stick with the correct form, "more easily".

It is better to write tge second one.
We can communicate easily.
We can communicate more easily.
It is often easier to communicate when we speak the same language.
