She IS 24 years old, I wouldn't use the verb have/has to refer to a person's age

Wie geht´s? The correct way is to use verb to be. Because it changes. You don´t keep it. Have or has, indicate possession. You can keep it. Güten Tag. Mein name ist Moey.
