Cosa vuol dire in altre parole? l'uomo ha da puzzà. E infine, l’ultimo: sudare. Sì, lo diceva anche Taricone, l'uomo ha da puzzà. O meglio, deve secernere ormoni particolari. Le donne ne vanno pazze. Mah. Vi convincono?

"L'uomo ha da puzzà" is a sentence in dialect. It would be "L'uomo ha da puzzare", that in standard Italian is "L'uomo deve puzzare". It means "man must stink (be smelly)". "E infine, l’ultimo: sudare. Sì, lo diceva anche Taricone, l'uomo ha da puzzà. O meglio, deve secernere ormoni particolari. Le donne ne vanno pazze. Mah. Vi convincono?" "And finally, the last one: to sweat. Yes, even Taricone (a man who became famous because he partecipated to the Big Brother series on tv in Italy) said that, man must stink. Or better, it must secrete particular hormones. Women go crazy about that. Mah. Do they convince you? (literally, but this may more understandable: "Are you convinced?"). p.s. "mah" is an interjection, it means "who knows?", it expresses doubt.
