which one is right?
A: make sb adj (eg. make me mature)
B: make sb be/become/get adj (eg. make me more mature)
Question: which one is right, A or B?

Both can be used to make valid sentences. But since this is the causative form of the verb 'make', become/be/get are already present in the concept and can/should be dropped because they do not convey any additional information.
She can make herself be understood. == She can make herself understood.
Watching happy movies makes me be happy. == Watching happy movies makes me happy.
The vacation made me become lazy. == The vacation made me lazy.
Ironically, the medicine made me get sicker. == Ironically, the medicine made me sicker.
etc..
So.. use the A form..
