Anyone know what is 'zert o pert elama giz' in English?

About the first part, the last answer is correct, but about the rest "elama giz" it literally means "don't girl" (in Azeri not Persian) so altogether means "don't say nonsense girl".
It's not polite.

"zert o pert" is kinda means "none-sense" but i don't have any idea about the rest of it!
