I'm really enjoying this job. It's very rewarding.
All these words need "very" in front to make them really meaningful.
very rewarding - great, it covers everything and is more natural.
very fulfulling - use when job gives you lots of purpose
very satisfying - this is the weakest word.
very gratifying - use when helping others
otherwise, they sound weak when speaking about a job.
