They don't pronounce some sounds like th as in ( the ) so they use /d/ instead. Also they say /t/ instead of th as in " three". Also it's used in the western cities mostly in Makkah and Jeddah. Also, Najdi people have their own words, terms, and accent. They pronounce the end of the words as /ts/ instead of /k/, Also they speak slower. Anyway, you have a lot of dialects in Saudi Arabia, not only those . :)
