Technically "You guessed wrong" is incorrect, but you'll hear it much more often colloquially than "You guessed wrongly".

It depends on what you are trying to say! Both are correct depending on what you are asking them. I'll explain why with synonymous sentences and you can decide which you think is correct for your situation: "You guessed incorrectly." and "You guessed immorally."
