What time does the store close/open? = Anong oras nagsasara (close)/nagbubukas (open) ang tindahan?
What time will the store close/open? = Anong oras magsasara/magbubukas ang tindahan?
If you are in Manila, you might notice that most of us would say “time” instead of “oras” and also “store” instead of “tindahan”. :)
