Ya sé el significado de la expresión "meterse en camisa de once varas", pero me gustaría saber dónde se usa esta expresión. ¿Se usa más/sólo en ciertos países, o se usa en todo de español?

En España se usa bastante. El significado ya lo sabes, viene a ser complicarse la vida innecesariamente.
