diminutivo ito e illo diferencia?

Ambos son diminutivos. En significado no hay diferencia, lo único es que en algunos lugares se usa uno y en otros sitios el otro.
Podríamos añadir a -ito e -illo, el diminutivo -ico. Ocurriría igual.
