Exo's "Thunder" Lyric meaning?
So my favorite song from the new album is Thunder
What is the meaning of "jieum hana dul choreul semyeo" It seems to translate as I'm counting the candles one by one, but that doesn't mae sense. Is it an idiom

지금 하나 둘 초를 새며. Your translation is exactly right. It is not an idiom.

Ah thank you! I got the romanization off of a video. I prefer hangul for eactly this reason but it wasnt on the video.

You misspelled the Romanization a bit and left out the remainder of the phrase. In Hangul, it's 지금 하나 둘 초를 세며 우리 거릴 잰다 which means "now one two we count the seconds while we measure the distance" or something close to that.
