읽어주셔서 감사합니다
Can someone explain me grammar behind 읽어주셔서.
I know that 읽어 주세요 means 'please read'; I know ~아/어서 but I am confused with ~셔서 ending.
감사합니다!

The 시 in the 주셔서 is an honorific infix added for politeness, status, etc.
Without the 시 it would be 읽어줘서 감사해.
To break it down even further:
Verb + 아/어 주다 (providing a service) + 시 (honorific) + 아/어 서 (sentence conjunction)
읽어주셔서 감사합니다 = Thank you for reading (when talking to a teacher or older adult, for example).

읽어 주다, 읽어 주시다, 읽어 주-시-어서, 읽어 주셔서(vowel contraction), ex) 제 글을 읽어 주셔서/주시어서 감사합니다.
