what does "busy doing nothing" mean? thank you:） "....... All it does is steal your joy and keep you very busy doing nothing”. Does this mean: you feel you are busy, but all these are not what you want. Thank you in advance:）

It means what it says, really. You are busy, but the things that you're doing are pointless and you aren't achieving anything. Maybe you're just 'keeping yourself busy' , which means finding things to do in order to fill your time.
