what does "busy doing nothing" mean? thank you:)
"....... All it does is steal your joy and keep you very busy doing nothing”.
Does this mean: you feel you are busy, but all these are not what you want.

It means what it says, really. You are busy, but the things that you're doing are pointless and you aren't achieving anything. Maybe you're just 'keeping yourself busy' , which means finding things to do in order to fill your time.
